V&A Fundraiser in association with Philips de Pury

A private client held a fabulous dinner at the V&A Museum in aid of the V&A Design Fund. The dinner was attended by high profile friends of the museum, including Yana Peel, auctioneer Simon de Pury, the V&A’s director, Martin Roth and some famous faces from the fashion world, Natalia Vodianova and Harold Tilman.

The Urban Caprice team set up an exquisite dining room, with clean white tablecloths set off by sleek black chairs. Each table had a simple but striking flower arrangement, adding a touch of warmth and sophistication.

Guests sipped on Veuve Clicquot champagne upon arrival followed by a canapés reception ranging from beef fillet with crisp parmesan, langoustine and pata negra. The guests were treated to a fine dinner of asparagus, pennywort and duck eggs, halibut and brown shrimp, finished with a passion fruit meringue tart with pistachio ice cream.
